Club Entry Forms

Thanks to those who have been patient in the past as we tried to find a new host for our Word. PFD and other files for downloading.

Thanks to the generosity of Eric Gray, Neil's father, we now have a place on the web to put our files and more importantly the ability to access them and download them from time to time.

Digital Entry Forms:

This form is used to identify you, your digital files and the date of the comp. The rules and file sizes are also available as part of this form. Please read carefully and follow instructions as per the sheet.



Print Entry Forms:

This form is used in conjunction with your printed images in the monthly comp. Use one form for Monochrome Prints and an other for Colour Prints.
